Any customer has a right to completely refuse sites services and to require return of his/her payment if the payment has been made by credit card. In this case total refund to the client occurs in the following cases:
- The client filed a reasonable claim to the quality of mp3 file(s);
- The client didnt receive qualitative service which was announced on the site.
- The client is not satisfied with download speed;
- The client faced a problem with music player on a device other than PC;
