Xx

The xx are an English indie rock, pop and experimental group formed in 2005 in London, England. The band was originally four-piece and composed of Romy Madley Croft, Oliver Sim, Jamie Smith and Baria Qureshi. The latter left the band recently and they are three-piece now. All the band members met each other at the Elliott School and all the four like Hot Chip, Burial and Four Tet. The debut album The XX was released in 2009 through Young Turks recordings. The album is self-produced and self-mixed, and recorded in a small garage. The album is supported by four singles - "Crystalised", "Basic Space", "Islands" and "VCR". You can download the debut album by The xx in mp3 from our site. They toured with such bands like The Big Pink and Micachu. The band is going to play at Coachella and Bonnaroo festivals in North America.
