Trapeze

Trapeze was an English rock band formed in Cannock, Staffordshire, England in 1969. The band was founded by vocalist John Jones and guitarist/keyboardist Terry Rowley. They were joined by guitarist Mel Galley, singer/bassist Glenn Hughes, and drummer Dave Holland. The band’s line up was a fluid one through the years and the core of the band during all the time till their disbanding in 1994 consisted of Glenn Hughes, Mel Galley and Dave Holland. Many of the band members left the band and joined other more popular acts like Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Judas Priest and Uriah Heep. But Trapeze didn’t reach any commercial mainstream success unlike these bands. The band has a rich discography.
