Three 6 Mafia

American rap, hip hop and gangsta rap band Three 6 Mafia from Memphis, Tennessee, was formed in 1991. The band comprises DJ Paul (Paul Beauregard), Juicy J (Jordan Houston) and Lord Infamous (Ricky Dunigan). The original name for the hip hop group was "Backyard Posse", followed shortly after by "Triple Six Mafia" and originally did "horrorcore" music. They achieved mainstream success with their breakthrough album, When the Smoke Clears: Sixty 6, Sixty 1 (2000), which yielded several singles such as "Sippin' on Some Syrup" (featuring UGK), “Tongue Ring", "Whatcha Know" (featuring Big Gipp) and "Just Another Crazy Click" (featuring Insane Clown Posse & Twiztid).
