Talib Kweli

Talib Kweli Green, better known as Talib Kweli is an American MC born on October 3, 1975 in Brooklyn, New York City, New York, the United States. He was born in highly educated society to English professor mother and to sociology professor father. Since the young age Kweli was into rap and like De La Soul and other rappers of the Native Toungue Posse whom he met in high school. He made his debut in his music career in 1997 appearing on Doom, an album by Ohio band Mood. In 2002 he released his debut album Quality trying to breakthrough to the mainstream success.
