Swizz Beatz

American hip hop rapper and record producer Swizz Beatz (birth name Kasseem Dean) was born on September 13, 1978, in Bronx, New York. At the age of 16, he began producing tracks. He quickly gained popularity as a producer with his first beat, "Ruff Ryders Anthem", which was performed by DMX. After this release, he became working with Ruff Ryders, Roc-A-Fella Records, Elektra Records, Epic Records, Def Jam Recordings and Bad Boy Entertainment. In 2007, he released his debut album, One Man Band Man, which produced three hit singles such as "It's Me Bitches", "Money in the Bank" and "Top Down". This album also reached number one on the Billboard 200, Billboard Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums and Billboard Top Rap Albums. It included guests appearances by Drag-On, Lil' Wayne, R.
