Susanna Hoffs

Susanna Lee Hoffs, better known as Susanna Hoffs is an American pop rock vocalist, guitarist and actress born on January 17, 1959 in Los Angeles, California, the United States. She is known best of all as a member of the all-female pop band the Bangles. The Bangles reached the mainstream success and popularity in 1986 when they released the hit album Different Light. It peaked at number 2 on the Billboard 200. Some of the most popular Bangles’ songs are "Manic Monday", "Walk Like an Egyptian", "Hazy Shade Of Winter", "In Your Room", "Eternal Flame" and some others. She is known as a solo singer as well. However, her solo career didn’t bring her the same recognition as the work with the band. She has released two solo albums – When You’re a Boy (1991) and Susanna Hoffs (1996).
