Sundays

The Sundays were an English alternative rock band formed in London, England in 1988. The band members were David Gavurin, Harriet Wheeler (vocals), Patrick Hannan (drums) and Paul Brindley (bassist). The band achieved the mainstream success quite quickly, right after the release of their debut album Reading, Writing and Arithmetic. The album went gold in both UK and U.S. having reached number 4 on the UK albums chart and number 39 in America. You can download Sundays’ debut album in mp3 from our site. They released two more albums Blind (1992) and Static and Silence (1997). The band released several singles and the highest-charting one was “Love” which reached number 2 on Hot Modern Rock Tracks. The highest achievement in Great Britain was number 15 (track Summertime from Blind). Since the release of their last album the band has been on a long hiatus.
