Subtle

American electronic, indie rock, experimental rock and alternative hip hop band Subtle from Oakland, California, was formed in 2001. The band comprises Adam Drucker, Jeffrey Logan, Dax Pierson, Jordan Dalrymple, Marty Dowers and Alexander Kort. In 2003, they signed to Lex Records. And in 2004, they released their debut album, A New White, which yielded the singles, "Eyewash", "Hand – Replacement", "She", "F.K.O." and "Stiff Fruit". To promote this album they toured the US and Europe. In 2006, they released their second album, For Hero: For Fool, which became their most successful album and produced several singles such as "The Mercury Craze", "Bed to the Bills", "Return of the Vein", "Middleclass Stomp" and "Middleclass Kill".
