Stromae

Stromae is a Belgian singer. His real name is Paul van Haver. He was born on March 12, 1985. Stromae is from Brussels, Belgium. His genre is a mixture of hip-hop and electronic music. Paul's first single (Alors on danse) reached the top spot of the European charts. Stromae started to study music at 'l'Académie Musicale de Jette' at the age of 11. He learned how to play the drums there. In 2000, Paul performed under his first stage name "Opmaestro". Stromae founded the rap-band (Suspicion) at the age of 18. Paul produced the song "Faut que t'arrête le Rap..." together with rapper "J.E.D.I." Soon, they released their debut album "Juste un cerveau, un flow, un fond et un mic..." (2007).
