Stornoway

Stornoway is a British alternative indie pop band formed in 2006 on Oxford, England. The band’s line-up composes of Brian Briggs – vocals, guitar, Jon Ouin – vocals, guitar, cello, keyboards, Oliver Steadman – vocals, guitar, bass and Robert Steadman – drums. The band is usually joined by Adam Briggs - trumpet and Rahul Satija – violin. The band appeared on the radio for the first time in 2006 with demo version of their song “I Saw You Blink”. The debut single “Zorbing” was released in 2009. They played at several big events like Glastonbury festival 2009. The debut album "Beachcomber's Windowsill" was released in May 2010. The album reached number 3 on the UK Indie chart, number 14 on the UK Albums chart and number 43 on the Irish Albums chart. You can download Stornoway’s debut album in mp3 from our site.
