Stone Sour

Stone Sour is an American rock band formed in Des Moines, Iowa, the US in 1992. The band members are Corey Taylor, Jim Root, Josh Rand, Shawn Economaki and Roy Mayorga. The band was formed by Corey Taylor, vocalist of Slipknot, later Jim Root from Slipknot as well joined the band on guitar. In 1997 the band was on hold as Taylor and Root were playing with Slipknot. The debut self-titled album Stone Sour was issued in 2002 and you can download it in mp3 from our site. The song Brother featured the soundtrack for movie Spider-man. The band toured with Sinch and Chevelle and later the band went on another hiatus as Taylor and Root came back to Slipknot. However in 2006 the band released their next album Come what(ever) May and toured around the world releasing the Live in Moscow album. Stone Sour were nominated for Grammy Awards for three times.
