State Radio

State Radio is an American alternative rock band formed in Sherborn, Massachusetts, the United States in 2002. The band’s current line-up composes of Chad Stokes Urmston (lead vocals, guitar), Chuck Fay (bass) and of Mike Najarian (drums). During its career, the band has released four studio albums. The debut album Us Against the Crown was released in 2006 under Nettwerk Records. Generally, the album received positive reviews. The next album Year of the Crow came out in 2007. It featured louder guitars and focused on sociopolitical themes. The last album of the band is titled Let it Go and it was released in September 2009. The band opened for Dave Matthews Band and they were playing along with Rage against the Machine and other politically active bands.
