Stabbing Westward

Stabbing Westward was an American alternative and industrial rock band formed in 1985 in Chicago, Illinois, the United States. The band was founded by Christopher Hall and Walter Flakus at the time when they were still in college. The band broke up in 2002 and the final line-up composed of Christopher Hall (vocals, guitar), Walter Flakus (keyboards), Jim Sellers (bass) and of Andy Kubiszewski (drums, guitar, keyboard, backing vocals). During their career, the band has released six albums and one extended play. They were signed to Columbia Records, later to Koch and to Sony. The band also released several singles, but they didn’t achieve the mainstream popularity though some of the singles entered the charts.
