Shyne

Shyne (known also as Shyne Po) is a Belizean born rapper, birth name Jamal Barrow, later changed to Moses Michael Leviy due to his conversion to Judaism, was born on November 8, 1978 in Belize City, Belize. He is a son of Dean Barrow, the current Prime-Minister of Belize. When Shyne was 13, his mother took him to the US where she had moved some time before. Producer Clark Kent noticed Shyne freestyling at the barbershop and decided that he had something unique in his voice. Later that year he appeared on Sean Combs’ Forever album. He released his self-titled album in September 2000. The album was a street hit and it seemed to be a good beginning of the career except the thing that Shyne had been involved in an incident in a Manhattan club. He was sentenced to ten years in prison, however he was released on October 9, 2009 and then he was deported back to his native Belize. You can download Shyne’s self-titled album in mp3 from our site.
