Shadows Fall

Shadows Fall is an American heavy metal band formed in Springfield, Massachusetts, the United States in 1995. The current band’s members are Brian Fair (lead vocals), Jonathan Donais (lead guitar, backing vocals), Matt Bachand (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), Paul Romanko (bass) and Jason Bittner (drums, percussion). The band’s style has been changing from the early melodic death metal to metalcore and thrash metal. The band has released six studio albums. In 2008, they received a Grammy nomination for Best Metal Performance for the song "Redemption" which features their fifth album Threads of Life. The Art of Balance, their third album debuted at the number 15 on the Top Independent Album chart.
