Seventh Day Slumber

Seventh Day Slumber are a Christian rock band coming from Dallas, Texas, the United States. The band was founded in 1996. The current band’s line-up composes of Joseph Rojas—Vocals/Guitar, Joshua Schwartz—Bass, Jeremy Holderfield—Guitar and Elliot Lopes—Drums. The band’s sound can be classified as hard rock, post grunge, Christian metal and alternative metal. The band’s lead singer and founder Joseph Rojas was dealing the drugs, using them, had alcohol addiction and wanted to commit suicide. Eventually, he was rescued and he got rid of all his bad habits. This made him to turn to God and he decided to write music and formed a band. The band began playing in 1996 and during the first five years, they were an independent act playing just for everyone who would listen. They released their seventh album Take Everything in 2009.
