Seven Mary Three are an American hard rock band, known also as 7M3 and 7 Mary 3. The band was formed in Williamsburg, Virginia, the United States in 1992. The current line-up composes of Jason Ross, Casey Daniel, Thomas Juliano, and Mike Levesque. The band self-released their debut album Churn in 1994. They gained the regional popularity with their song “Cumbersome”. The major label scouts discovered the band and soon they signed to Mammoth Records where they re-recorded their debut album and added two new songs, making American Standard album that was released in 1995. The album spawned a hit single “Cumbersome” that reached number 1 on the U.S. mainstream rock chart. The other singles are "Water's Edge" and "My, My".
