Scream

Scream was an American hardcorepunk band from Washington D.C., the United States. The band was formed in 1981 by brothers Peter (vocals) and Franz (guitar) Stahl, Skeeter Thompson (bassist), Kent Stax (drummer). The band is considered to be one of the benchmarks of Washington D.C hardcore music movement. The band is notorious that after departure of Kent Stax, Dave Grohl was playing in the band. During its career the band has released five studio albums: Still Screaming, This Side Up, Banging the Drum, No More Censorship and Fumble. You can download the first two albums by Scream in mp3 from our site. The group toured a lot not only in the USA but in Europe as well. Apart from studio albums, they had many compilation albums, the last one was released in 2003, titled 20 years of Dischord (Scream’s label). The group broke up in 1990.
