Sadist

Sadist are an Italian progressive death metal band formed in Genoa, Italy in 1991. The band was founded by two musicians – Tommy (guitar, keyboards) and Peso (drums). The twosome recruited other musicians to create a full size band. The band’s sound can be considered death metal. They use long guitar and keyboard solo as well. However, their album Lego showed switching to nu-metal and thrash metal. The current band’s line-up composes of Trevor – vocals, Tommy – guitar, keyboards, Andy – bass guitar, occasionally vocals, and Alessio – drums. The band has released five studio albums and currently they are working on their sophomore record “Season in Silence”.
