Rosebuds

The Rosebuds are an American indie, folk, rock and dance band formed in Raleigh, North Carolina, the United States. The core of the band are Ivan Howard (vocals/guitar/ drums/ bass/keyboards/programming) and Kelly Crisp (vocals/keyboard/drums/guitar/accordion). They met each other while studying in the college in North Carolina. Later they moved to Raleigh where drummer Billy Alphin joined them. Since that time, the band’s line-up has changed for many times and the current members are Howard and Crisp only. The band has been active since 2001. The band has released several albums. The debut long play The Rosebuds Make Out was released in 2003. The last album Life Like came out in 2008. The album was released through Merge Records and received critical acclaim.
