Rollins Band

Rollins Band was an American punk rock and alternative metal band formed in Van Nuys, California, the United States. The band was founded and led by the singer and songwriter Henry Rollins. The band was formed in 1987, disbanded in 2003 and reunited for a tour in 2006. It was formed after the former Rollins’ band Black Flag had disbanded. The band’s line-up composed of Chris Haskett on guitar, Andrew Weiss on bass and Sim Cain on drums. However, Weiss was fired and was replaced by Melvin Gibbs. The band is known best of all for such hits like “Liar” and “Low Self Opinion” that were aired on MTV and received critical acclaim. The band’s most successful album is Weight.
