Rilo Kiley

American rock band Rilo Kiley was formed in Los Angeles, California, United States in 1998. The band’s lineup composes of Jenny Lewis (vocals, keyboards, guitar, bass), Blake Sennett (guitar, keyboards, vocals), Pierre de Reeder (bass guitar, guitar, keyboards, vocals) and of Jason Boesel (drums, percussion). In interview published in Q magazine Sennett explained the band’s name, stating that Rilo Kiley is the name of a character he met in a dream who predicted the date of Jenny Lewis’ death. The band has released four studio albums, namely “Take-Offs and Landings” (2001), “The Execution of All Time” (2002), “More Adventurous” (2004) and “Under the Blacklight” (2007).
