Ricky Skaggs

Rick Skaggs, birth name Richard Lee Skaggs, is an American country and bluegrass singer-songwriter, born on July 18, 1954 in Blaine, Kentucky, the United States. He plays such instruments like banjo, fiddle, mandolin and guitar. He is one of the most popular and recognized musicians in his genre winning multiple Grammy Awards, Country Music Association Awards and International Bluegrass Music Association Awards. In addition, he won many other awards, like Billboard magazine's Artist of the Year, Artist of the Decade, according to the poll on the BBC Radio 2 and others. During his long career, he has established himself as a prolific and talented musician and singer-songwriter. He has released 32 studio albums, one compilation album, 39 singles.
