Remy Ma

American hip hop singer and songwriter Remy Ma (birth name Reminisce Mackie) was born on May 30, 1981, in Castle Hill, Bronx, United States. She is also well known under her former stage names Remy Martin and Remi Martin. She rose to fame as a member of hip hop band Terror Squad, which was founded by the American famous rapper Fat Joe. She achieved mainstream success as a solo artist in 2006 with her breakthrough debut album, There's Something About Remy: Based on a True Story, which produced several singles such as "Tight" (featuring Fat Joe), "Whuteva", "Conceited Messages (skit)", "Conceited" and "Feels So Good" (featuring Ne-Yo).
