Razor are a Canadian speed and thrash metal band formed in 1984 in Guelph, Ontario, Canada. The band broke up in 1992, but in 1997 they reunited for recording a new album. However, they dissolved again and reconnected in 2005. The band has plans for recording a new album. The current band’s line-up composes of Dave Carlo (guitars 1984-present), Bob Reid (vocals, 1989-present), Mike Campagnolo (bass, 1984-87, 2005-present) and Rob Mills (drums, 1987-92, 1998-present). The debut release Escape the Fire came out in 1984. That earned the band the first contract and they were signed by Voice Records. The debut studio album is titled Armed & Dangerous and it was released in 1984 as well. The last band’s studio album is Decibels. It was released in 1997.
