Pennywise is an American punk rock band coming from Hermosa Beach, California, the United States and formed in 1988. The band’s recent line-up included Jim Lindberg (vocals), Fletcher Dragge (guitars), Randy Bradbury (bass) and Byron McMackin (drums). Lindberg has recently left the band and there is no news about new vocalist. Also, the group has undergone a very tragic event in their history. The original bassist Jason Thirsk committed suicide due to his alcoholism and Bradbury replaced him. During its career, the band has released nine studio albums. They haven’t achieved mainstream success. Their last album Reason to Believe was offered for a free download from MySpace. The band has released quite a number of singles but most of them weren’t noticed by the great majority of the public.
