Pedro the Lion

Pedro the Lion was an indie rock band from Seattle, Washington, the United States. The band was formed in 1997 by David Bazan. The original line-up of the band composed of David Bazan (vocals, guitar, bass, drums, synthesizer, percussion), Brian Olson (drums), Nick Peterson (guitar), Tim Schiefer (guitar) and Travis Smith (bass). The band’s line-up wasn’t stable and the members were replaced very often except for Bazan who remained the only original member. The band split in early 2006. The band hasn’t achieved the mainstream success but they released four studio albums, 5 extended plays and several 45 rpm singles, like Big Trucks, Helicopter, I Heard the Bells on the Christmas Day, The First Noel, God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen.
