Patty Loveless, birth name Patricia Lee Ramey was born on January 4, 1957 in Pikeville, Kentucky, the United States. She is an American country music singer. She has become interested in music since her childhood. Her brother and sister performed country and she was impressed and inspired by them. During her career, she has released 14 studio albums, 8 compilation albums and about 50 singles. She achieved her break at the end of the 1980s with the album Honky Tonk Angel that reached number 7 on the US Country and number 9 on the Canadian Country chart. The album spawned her first single number one - "Timber, I'm Falling in Love". The album was certified Platinum in the U.S. She continued to release platinum albums including Only What I Feel, When Fallen Angels Fly, and The Trouble with the Truth.
