Pain Killer

American avant-jazz, grindcore, punk jazz, experimental and death metal band Painkiller (also known as Pain Killer) from New York City, was active from 1991 to 1995. The group comprised John Zorn, Bill Laswell, Mick Harris, Yamatsuka Eye, Buckethead and Mike Patton. They appeared on the American punk jazz scene in the early 1990s with their debut EP, Guts of a Virgin, which received good reviews from critics. Following the success of their debut work they released their next EP called "Buried Secrets". Several years later, they released their most successful and popular studio album, Execution Ground, which produced the singles such as "Parish of Tama (Ossuary Dub)", "Morning of Balachaturdasi" and "Pashupatinath".
