Ozomatli

Ozomatli is an American band formed in Los Angeles, California in 1995. The band plays mainly rock, hip hop and Latin music. The line-up composes of many members: Wil-Dog Abers: Bass, marimbula, background vocals, Raúl Pacheco: Guitar, tres, jarana, vocals, Justin 'El Niño' Porée: Percussion, rap vocals, Asdrubal Sierra: Trumpet, lead vocals, piano, Ulises Bella: Saxophone, background vocals, requinto jarocho, keyboard, melodica, Jiro Yamaguchi: Tabla, cajon, assorted percussion and background vocals and Mario Calire – Drums. The band is very keen on mixing music from various cultures and this trend turned into the album Street Signs that was released in 2004.
