Ougenweide

German progressive rock and medieval folk rock band Ougenweide from Hamburg was formed in 1970. They quickly gained popularity in the mid-1970 with their breakthrough album, All die weil ich mag, which produced the band's first hit singles such as "Der Fuchs und der Rabe", "Der Rivale", "Der Rattenfaenger", "Fuer Irene", "Merseburger Zauberspr. u. Tanz" and "Ich spring an disem ringe". Now, you may download this album by Ougenweide in mp3 from our site. Several years later, they released their following successful album, Ohrenschmaus, which was highly praised by critics and it contained the singles, "Bald anders", "Im Badehaus", "Ouwe wie jaemmerliche...", "Engelboltes Tochter Aven" and "Rumet Uz Die Schaeemel". In order to support Ohrenschmaus they went on tour throughout Europe. During that time, they also were an opening act for other more popular metal bands.
