Oppressed is a British band. It was formed in 1981 in Cardiff. The current band’s line-up composes of Roddy Moreno (vocals, guitar), Dom Moreno (bass, vocals), Steve Floyd (guitar, vocals), Tony Kizmus (drums). Oppressed had an anti-fascist orientation. Their musical genre is a mixture of oi, punk-music, street punk, skinhead and sharp. They released ten studio albums (Oi! Oi! Music, Dead & Buried / Fatal Blow Reissue, Never Say Die, etc.), thirteen singles (Joe Hawkins, Skinhead Girl, Fuck Fascism, etc.) and one DVD (Brotherhood: The Oppressed/The Prowlers Live in Toronto). The band split in 2006. However, they re-formed in 2009 and quickly decided to play a concert. Now they plan to organize a new tour around Europe.
