Mutemath

Mute Math (sometimes written as MUTEMATH or MuteMath) is an American rock band formed in New Orleans, Louisiana, the United States in 2003. The band composes of Paul Meany on keyboards and vocals, Darren King of drums, samples and programming, Greg Hill on guitar and of Roy Mitchell-Cárdenas on bass. During live shows they often perform on any mixture of these instruments. During its career the band has released one mini-albums and two full-lengths. Their songs have been appearing on the soundtracks of such films as Twilight, Transformers, Never Back Down and The Sisterhood of the Traveling Plants 2. They have also released several singles, like “Typical”, “Control” and “Spotlight”. The last one reached the number one on Hot Singles Sales chart.
