Montgomery Gentry

Montgomery Gentry is an American country music duo formed in Kentucky, the United States in 1993. The duo composes of vocalists Eddie Montgomery and Troy Gentry. Originally the duo were part of the band with Eddie’s brother John Michael Montgomery but after John Michael left the band in order to embark on a solo career, Eddie and Troy continued to perform as duo. During its career the duo has released six studio albums and some of them have been certified Platinum. The debut album Tattoos & Scars was released in 1999 and became a real breakthrough for the duo as it became their first platinum album. The band continued their success and later produced several number one hits like Something To Be proud Of, Lucky Man, Back When I Knew it All and Roll with Me.
