Mofro

Mofro is an American soul, funk, R&B, blues, and southern rock band coming from Jacksonville, Florida, the United States. The band was founded in 1990 and currently they are known as JJ Grey & MOFRO. The band members are JJ Grey (vocals, electric piano, acoustic guitar and electric guitar, harmonica), Daryl Hance (electric guitar and slide guitar), Anthony Farrell (Hammond Organ), Anthony Cole (drums) and the "Hercules Horns" Dennis Marion (trumpet), Art Edmaiston (tenor saxophone) and Andrew Trube (bass guitar). Before changing their moniker, the band released two albums – Blackwater and Lochloosa. You can download these albums by Mofro in mp3 from our site. Both albums were well received and acclaimed by the critics. The band supported their second album performing at the Bonnaroo and Austin City Limits Festival.
