Mike Doughty

Mike Doughty is an American indie and alternative rock singer-songwriter born on June 10, 1970 in Fort Knox, Kentucky, the United States. Doughty began his music career in 1992 when he founded his band Soul Coughing. He disbanded the band in 2000 due to his drug addiction. Later he overcame his addiction and embarked on solo career. The first thing that he did in order to get the fan base was a tour around America. During his acoustic shows he sold his album Skittish. The album was finally released and it had been rejected by Warner Bros. Records in 1996. You can download this album by Mike Doughty in mp3 from our site. In total, Doughty has released five albums. The last album Sad Man, Happy Man came out in 2009. This is not a solo album. Doughty founded his Mike Doughty's Band and releases albums with them too.
