Louis XIV

Louis XIV was an American rock band from San Diego, California, the United States. The band was formed in 2003 and disbanded in 2009. The lineup consisted of Jason Hill (vocals, bass, guitar,piano engineer,producer), Brian Karscig (vocals, guitar, bass, piano), Mark Maigaard (drums) and of James Armbrust (bass). During its career the band released three studio albums. While the first album was released through Pineapple Recording Group, a label started by Hill and Karscig, the next two albums were released via major label Atlantic Records. The second album The Best Little Secrets are Kept reached number 24 on the Billboard 200. The last album Slick Dogs and Ponies was released in 2008.
