Lostprophets

Lostprophets are a Welsh rock band formed in Pontypridd, Wales, UK in 1997. The current band members are Ian Watkins – lead vocals, Lee Gaze – lead guitar, Mike Lewis – rhythm guitar, Stuart Richardson – bass guitar, Jamie Oliver – synth, turntables, samples, backing vocals and Luke Johnson – drums, percussion. The band has achieved considerable success having released three albums and fourth one is planned for January 2010. The breakthrough to the mainstream success happened in 2004 with their album Start Something. The album was certified Platinum in the UK and Gold in the US. It features the most successful band’s single to date – “Last Train Home”. The song reached number one on the US Alternative songs chart.
