Lizzy Borden

Lizzy Borden is an American heavy metal band for med in Los Angeles, California, the United States in 1983. The band’s name comes from the name of their lead vocalist. Lizzie Borden is also a name of the infamous woman who was accused on the murder in the 19th century. The current band’s line up composes of Lizzy Borden (lead vocals), Joey Scott Harges (drums), Marten Andersson (bass), Chris Sanders (guitars) and Dario Lorino (guitars). The band’s style can be describes as shock rock, like of Kiss or Alice Cooper. The band was also influenced by Black Sabbath, Iron Maiden and Judas Priest. The band’s former guitarist Alex Nelson was killed in 2004 and the band disbanded after that. They reunited in 2006 with new guitarist. During their career, they have released seven studio albums.
