Lisa Marie Presley was born on February 1, 1968 in Memphis, Tennessee, the United States. She is a daughter of Elvis Presley and Priscilla Presley. Lisa Marie is an American singer-songwriter and known as “Princess of Rock’n’Roll”. She was also married Michael Jackson, a king of pop. She began her professional career as a singer-songwriter in 2003. That year saw her debut album “To Whom It May Concern” where she wrote all the lyrics and co-wrote several melodies. The album reached number 5 on the Billboard 200 and peaked at number 52 on the UK Albums chart. The only single, which charted was “Lights Out”. The other one “Sinking In” failed to chart. Her follow-up is titled Now What . The album includes not only original songs but also two covers for Don Henley’s “Dirty Laundry” and The Ramones’ “Here, Today, Gone Tomorrow”.
