Les Enfoires

Les Enfoirés (The Tossers in English) are a group of French singers and performers who gather annually for the charity concert. The idea of creating of such group came to French humorist Coluche in 1986. He invited the group of famous people to the television show specially to promote his Les Restos du Cœur charity fund. Coluche wanted to create hit for the charity show and invited Jean-Jacques Goldman to write a song. The first line-up of Les Enfoirés composed of Jean-Jacques Goldman, Yves Montand, Nathalie Baye, Michel Platini and Michel Drucker. Coluche’s popularity and the popularity of all the performers made Les Restos de Coeur prominent. Coluche was killed in a motorbike accident in 1986. His wife Véronique gathered Les Enfoirés once again for the show dedicated to Les Restos. Since then, Les Enfoirés tour every year and gather many celebrities.
