Kids In Glass Houses

Kids in Glass Houses are a power pop band from Cardiff, Wales, UK formed in 2003. The current band’s line-up composes of Aled Phillips (lead vocals), Joel Fisher (guitar), Iain Mahanty (guitar), Andrew Shay (bass guitar) and of Philip Jenkins (drums and percussion). The band began creating their music under great influence of such pop acts like The Police, Michael Jackson, Prince, the Beach Boys, Blur and Pulp. The band caught en eye of the press at the beginning of their career and being unsigned they received strong support from the rock media especially from Kerrang! and NME. The band shared the stage with such bands like Funeral for a Friend, New Found Glory, The Goo Goo Dolls, 30 Seconds to Mars and others. The band released their debut album smart Casual in 2008.
