Kate Nash

Kate Nash, birth name Kate Marie Nash is a British anti folk and indie pop singer-songwriter, born on July 6, 1987 in London, England to English father and Irish mother. Nash was interested in music since her childhood and decided to pursue a music career. She attended Sandbach School where she learnt how to play piano. She started her professional career in 2005 when she found a manager after uploading her songs to MySpace. The debut studio album Made of Bricks was released in 2007. The album reached number one on the UK Albums chart and hit all the main charts in many countries around the world. The album was certified Gold in Germany.
