Julieta Vinegars Perce vault, known as Julieta Vinegars was born on November 24, 1970 in Long Beach, California, the United States. She is a Mexican-American singer working in such genres like Latin pop, Mexican pop, folk rock and pop rock. She grew up in Tijuana and she speaks fluently English, Spanish and Portuguese. During her career, she has released four studio albums. The first two Aqui and Bueninvento weren’t noticed by the majority of the audience. The breakthrough to the mainstream success happened in 2003 when she released her album Si. The album spawned three hit singles number one. “Andar Conmigo” and “Lento” reached number one on the Mexican chart and "Algo Está Cambiando" became the first on the US Latin Pop.
