Jonny Lang

Jon Gordon Langseth, Jr., better known as Jonny Lang is an American blues, gospel and rock singer, songwriter and recording artist born on January 29, 1981. Lang began his music career being a teenager. He started taking guitar lesson from Ted Larsen, guitarist of Bad Medicine Blues Band. Later Lang joined the band and it was renamed in Kid Jonny Lang & The Big Bang. The band released independent album Smokin and Lang was signed to A&M Records. Later in 1997, he released the album Lie to Me, which went Multi-Platinum. During his career, he toured with many famous artists like the Rolling Stones, B.B. King and Sting. He was invited to play in the White House for an audience including President Bill Clinton and his wife. Lang’s last album Turn Around was released in 2006. It earned him his first Grammy Award.
