John Scott, birth name Patrick John O’Hara Scott, was born on November 1, 1930 in Bristol, England. He is a British conductor, composer, film composer too who wrote music to some of the famous films, and who worked with prominent directors and producers. Scott has been interested in music since his childhood. At the age of 14 he joined army as a Boy Musician where he carried on his musical studies. Later, he toured with many top British bands of his era. He collaborated with Geoerge Martin (Beatles’ producer) and recorded flute for Beatles song You've Got To Hide Your Love Away (1965). The same year he debuted as a film composer and since that time, he has written music for about one hundred film and TV projects.
