Jamie Alexander Treays known better as his stage name Jamie T is an English singer and songwriter born on January 8, 1986 in Wimbledon, South London, the UK. He covers such genres as indie rock and hip hop. During his career, he has released two studio albums. The debut album Panic Prevention was released in 2007 and became a breakthrough for a young artist. The album reached number 4 on the UK albums chart and was noticed in Ireland and in Switzerland. The album spawned such hit singles as Sheila, if You Got the Money, Calm Down Dearest. His next and last album Kings and Queens came out in September 2009.
