Moroccan-Spaniard pop, Latin pop and dance singer and songwriter Hakim (birth name Abdelhakim Bouromane) was born on October 9, 1966, in Casablanca, Morocco. He rose to fame in the late 1990s with his breakthrough debut album, Comosuena, which has been certified platinum two times in Spain.
