Droid

Droid (also known as -D-R-O-I-D- or DROID) is an American groove metal and metalcore band that was founded in 1997. It currently consists of James Eason (vocals), Jamie Teissere (guitar), Bruce Childress (guitar), Nick McWells (drums) and Ryan Burchfield (bass). During 2003, they caught attention of James "Munky" Shaffer (guitarist for the alternative metal band Korn) and they quickly signed to this record label, Emotional Syphon Records. At the beginning, they performed as an opening act for Korn and Limp Bizkit. They achieved mainstream success in 2007 with their best selling album, Droid, which spawned several singles such as "The Resurrection", "Fueled By Hate", "God of Anger" and "Built to Last". They also made video for "Fueled By Hate". The album's guest appearance included frontman Chino Moreno from Deftones. Now, you may download Droid's self-titled album in mp3 from our site.
